Horrible experience so far! We gave them a lot of money at the start of 2016 for harmony 3 apartment with the promise that it would be built in 15 to 18 months. They didn t even start! When we ask them for a status, they can t tell us anything.. no date when they will even start! When we ask for our money back, they say we will lose over $1,000 because we are backing out, but they are allowed to keep our money for 10 more years , make ineterest off of it and build nothing that they clearly promised in the contract.. Elizabeth just says the same thing.. telling us to get a lawyer because we are breaking the contract. Stay away from this Arconim unless you want your apartment in 10 years..or maybe never.. if they would at very least tell us something that would give hope or give us the money back, we would no be frustrated and writing these reviews.

Update.. it s now end of April 2019 and they told us to wait for our money for 6+ months more. We got them to agree to 2 months but not sure why we have to wait.
