We went in on a Saturday, it was very busy. The people at the counter where friendly. Both my sons decided to do the dodge ball pit(they have been here many times). My kids are bouncing around and having fun when it happens. My oldest son tosses a ball across the court, a child bends down to pick up a ball from the ground and gets tagged in the side of the face, from the ball my son just tossed. I understand the rules, and so does my son. my son leaves the court and sits out a few games. After the fifth game starts I'm annoyed, my sons standing waiting to go in, the court official won't let him because he broke the rules.... Which was clearly an accident, although the mother and child that got hit in the face are milking it for all that it is worth. They are outcasting my son, I tell him to go in and play, and the employees start getting on to my son for doing something I told him to do. So I am furious this time... I walk over call the child out for bending over in the middle of a dodge ball pit and getting smacked in the face(hello pay attention to your surrounds) tell the employee my sons not getting bullied any more for an accident that clearly happens on the fault of the injured party, she has the nerve to tell me, that's the rules and she can go get her manager. Well my response was quicker that she was ready for, "yes go get your manager and my $44 I spent on having my son be mistreated by a group of bullies.
