I went in because I was having severe abdominal pain, which I knew what it was related to but it was much worse than it should have been. I felt rushed in the room to answer their questions but they got me an iv for pain and nausea meds pretty quick. The er doctor said that I would just need to get my obgyn to look at me even though I explained I couldn't get in with them until later in the week. They did even bother to do a pelvic exam, call an obgyn down to look at me or anything, just wrote me a prescription and sent me home. I ended up having to go to another hospital the next day, who did a much more amazing job and figured out my problem. On top of all that, the "pain" medicine they prescribed to me apparently was just for inflammation and wasn't even helping me. I get that an emergency room can only do so much but I was basically written off without a thought. If I have a choice I'm not going back here for anything and I sure won't recommend it to anyone else.
