On my first booking, I tried to call the front desk
but no effect
I called 5 times and nobody answered or are they joking? how can you just lost a client
the second time on a business trip, I got a room that was not cleaned, unventilated and incomplete with the assortment for the guest. Food probably heated 5 times.
I have never encountered such service in any hotel that swears at guests (I overheard the receptionists' work) they ignore you and treat the drainage basins. Who gives these stars ?! in my opinion it does not deserve 5 out of 3 at most ... I strongly advise against staying in this "hotel" ...
