I recently purchased my condo, and moved in at the beginning of this month. As part of our closing, the seller was to pay to fix the vent fan in the kitchen. We were provided with the invoice which stated it was a bad switch that was replaced. Less than a month later the vent Fan no longer turns on, so I called to see if there was any sort of warranty (especially since it is clearly not just a bad switch, or the repair was defective) and was told because I am not the owner that called for the repair, I am not covered under the warranty. Even though I have the invoice and the statement on our closing documents that the seller was to repair this. I am very disappointed that 1) after less than a month, the repair is botched, and 2) they will not stand by their warranty when this was clearly a stipulation of closing. Will be going elsewhere to have this repaired properly.

Update: Robert the electrical manager reached out to me and informed me that this information is incorrect and we would be covered under the warranty. I appreciate a company that can admit a wrong doing and make it right. Thank you Robert!
