Why do we actually have to give one Star??

This company is a total shambles! been waiting over a week for a response on when my chair will arrive, they keep telling me they have to email their warehouse to find out. Does that really take over 7 days for a response.

Rang them 3 times now and keep saying the same thing, that I need to wait until the warehouse responds - To add to that they told me if I want to cancel I must pay a charge! Shambolic!

Avoid at all costs!
