Service America is horrible. Wait all day for them to come out to replace water heater, and then get told oh this is an oldie, the earliest we can come back and replace is Friday (5 days from now) Absolutely horrible company. This is the 2nd service request I have had with them and both times they came unprepared and had to come back however the first time they never came back to finish the repair.
