Have been a paying customer for seven years and had reasonably good service till this year. First I had to wait three days for a service tech who kept rescheduling at the last minute and spent hours on hold with Service America and then had to call a manager. Now after what I thought was the best policy with zero deductible I'm having to additional parts costs. Hold times are excessive when you call and if you do on line scheduling that information gets changed and the tech comes out to fix something that isn't wrong. The staff on the phone are not effective in handling complaints. Will not review.
