rude. I called 3 days after my service dog neuter. I ve put a lot of money into this dog and love him very much. I ve never had a dog neutered before came back in for a check up because of redness, swelling and draining. The lady came out and was extremely rude. As I was trying to explain and my friend tried to explain( I stumble over my words) she became very short with us and rude. I offered to show her pictures and she became very rude and short and pretty much yelled just tell me I understand being busy and stressed but if your working for customers who are worried about their pets wellbeing this is not how to act. As much as I appreciate their service for getting pets/working dogs neutered fairly inexpensive. I will be taking all my other dogs to my regular vet from now on to be spayed/neutered because of this situation I understand she was busy. But yelling at a customer is never the answer. You never know how someone will react ( people have Autism, ptsd, anxiety related trauma, amongst other things) this lady put me into a full anxiety attack. Think before you speak and think about your tone
