25 March 2018, second day walking #fromheretorome, walking from West Cork to Rome with a harp on your back.

It's of course harder than I'd like to admit. But I made it! We're playing a 'Harp Meditation' for the Sunday class @ Kinsale Yoga Centre.

A small group in a modern space, small and comfortable, upstairs, looking out over a quiet Sunday afternoon street.

This afternoon it is an Easy session if you like or what may also be called a Restorative Yoga session.

There's a warm atmosphere, peaceful and caring. Afterwards we share a cup of tea and I try and explain what I don't know much about yet, my walk to Rome. It's still so young, so fresh and my feet hurt a lot.

Sean the Harp really enjoyed the space, the songs, the admiration and love he received. He says he'd like to come back when we return home.

Yeah, I'd like to come back play and spend some time on a mat... ...
