Unfortunately the sales department doesn't live up to the same standards as the service department. I will never use this business again, and will recommend to everyone I know to go to other Jeep dealerships. They screwed up our trade in payoff and didn't get it paid off so we got a late payment. They tried to tell us we needed to come back in and give them more money after they had a funded contract, they never offered us the option for a freaking spare tire!! Horrible way to treat customers. I've owned 5 Jeeps and will take all of my business elsewhere.
