A great place to stay while visiting Avon/Vail. It is well maintained but some maintenance is going on in the east wing that can wake you up if you sleep past 8am. The beds kind of hard. I would rate them as between medium and firm but more towards firm. They have pull out couches, mini kitchen, balcony, dinning room table, 2 TVs (though they are only 720p and look like they were bought in 2003).

One extremely nice feature they have is every room has it's own wifi network. No more open networks worrying about someone you don't know snooping on you when not using VPN. They have three indoor hot tubs that I can see and one indoor pool (which is closed as of this writing), one outdoor pool and one outdoor hot tub. Some of the parking in the back is closed for maintenance so we're couldn't bring our ATVs on trailers which was disappointing. They do have a workout room that is open now. It has a treadmill, bike, multifunction weight rack, and a lot of dumbbells though no fans in there. They have a Subway and another restaurant in house. It is one block away from a very good City Market grocery store and Walmart a little further down.

Probably the biggest thing about this place to note is that this place has a tonne of steps. They do have ramps for those that need it but expect a lot of steps.
