Writing a review at the point is obviously pointle...

Writing a review at the point is obviously pointless. Had dinner at 930 on a Monday and it was an unreal eating experience. After seeing and learning about Chef Achatz on Chefs Table I knew I had to go. Took me 2 or 3 years to finally get lucky and score some tickets but it was well worth the wait and more. To my surprise he was there late even on a Monday night which to me shows his true dedication to his craft and staff. He was even kind enough to let my girlfriend and I come give him our regards and take a picture. Gonna keep my eye out for another opening in the future. Thanks again for the opportunity to experience such a phenomenal dinner/show. Cheers!
