I have never experienced without order and then go out... Today, my enjoyable lunch time made so sad, I have been working in Collins st since 2015, so visited many restaurants and cafes in this area. Customer did not go to restaurant only food, they feel the service as well..
My case, No one response for my order and question.. even though I hand up and call some one... Owner have to think the staffs education..
