My package had to be delivered yesterday (9-12 a.m.) but nothing came in. I tried to reach someone of yours for hours until I could finally reach someone via the chat in the app. The lady said she's sorry the package is coming tomorrow ...
I waited all day today because the lady said my package will be delivered to me between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. but to no avail! I am trying to reach someone from 11am until now .. no one answers nobody answers the chat in the app nothing easy !!! Such a junk you !!!!! Simply incompetent
