Poorly run. Rude. Too big for their own good. Hospice Austin has gotten complacent in its many years of service. Instead of staying humble and giving quality care to their loyal community, they take advantage of their position and treat their patients as second rate humans. The nurses are not friendly, the management only cares about their reputation and getting more patients instead of taking good care of the ones they already have. If you have a loved one looking into care from them, I would highly recommend you stay away and find a more caring caregiver than this institution.
