I reached out to Yvonne Ascher Law Offices to get an understanding of my legal position regarding a family matter. The receptionist and paralegal I spoke to were friendly, but after speaking to them and forwarding my personal documents I never heard back from them. It's a little disconcerting. I sent personal information including financial records, have made a follow up call and e-mail and have heard no response back for over a month.
