Superb sales and customer support and great products. Bought my Focals here and they sound amazing! Shipped perfectly and no issues at all. Even recommended power cables for me. I have ordered from Music Direct multiple times and they stand behind their 60 day return policy for all purchases. I had to return a large purchase which was due to speakers hurting my tinnitus. Sounds crazy but it happens. They gave me a few extra days past the policy time to see if some room treatments would help. The return was flawless. Which is amazing! Totally Trustworthy!
