Before starting at CCA my 2nd grader was enrolled in virtual school through her public school - this is entirely different from CCA. We have found CCA to be much more informative and flexible - I feel much more comfortable with the subject and work loads included with CCA. They have clubs and virtual field trips to help kids socialize and expand their interests. The teachers are very nice and do their best to maintain relationships with students and parents.
There s a program CCA uses which replaces all of the sites and apps we used for virtual schooling so my daughter needs to really sign into one place for all of her needs. Parents are also able to track progress through that site.
I have only good experiences with this school however I do suggest you schedule your days around your students abilities. I have my daughter do everything she can do independently during the day and anything we need to go over together we can do in the evening - super convenient.
**i found this amazing - CCA sent us a full box of supplies for school including our books, paint, paper, etc. this is super helpful and the quality of the products are all good.
If you re on the fence about CCA, you can always call them - their customer service is always on point.
