Very disappointed, after waiting foe this appointment for 2 weeks. To find out the pratictioner didnt take my insurance (Cigna). I called thinking is the office when it was a call center working for planned parenthood in tampa ave.the agent from the call center didnt transfer the message correctly to me after I called 3 times in regards to my insurance and copay.they were very quick to tell me the copay amount and missed to tell the my insurance was not welcome. At the tampa office after paying my copay they reject to care for me because at last minutes the practicioner didn't welcome my insurance. They are unprofessional and careless staff after i really need to be taking care of.Do not trust then they can change decision on you in second plus i lost half of the day of work.
