I just simply called to ask a couple questions abo...

I just simply called to ask a couple questions about what they had to offer and the receptionist couldn't answer one of my questions she kept putting me on hold and then I asked her kindly if she could plz simply put someone on the phone that could help me and answer my questions without putting me on hold every five seconds and she rudely told me she didn't appreciate that that lol really ?? You have not been able to answer not one of my five questions without putting me on hold ... good job ... maybe you should hire yourself and find a receptionist that knows how to help potential customers properly and isn't so quick to snap at us and be rude when we just simply ask for someone who can better help us :) if this is the kind of customer service that you offer to even potential clients I don't want to see the kind of help you have to offer and what kind of people would you send to work at our businesses .
