Very disappointed! I've lived in Colorado Springs for seventeen years, and staying at the Broadmoor has been on my bucket list forever! I was frustrated by the convenience fee I was charged for every transaction. I found it deceptive and frankly a "junk fee." Also, I was charged for BOTH self park and valet parking. I don't believe this was an accident and fear this was just another attempt to get more money from me. Surely it's not possible to have BOTH self park and valet parking, right? The HVAC system in the room is from the early 70's and desperately needs to be updated. We dined at the Tavern for my husband's birthday, and his steak was "just ok." I expected an amazing meal for his special day. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
