When Crush first opened, my family and I which includes my wife and 16 year old son visited. They were so happy to accommodate us and quite frankly we enjoyed the food, wine and atmosphere. We tried getting a table a few times thereafter and it was too busy so tonight I was so excited that we made it in before five and got a table only to be sent away because we had our 16-year old son with us. The owner said the customers wanted this to be a 21 and older place so they could not serve us as long as our son was with us. This is most definitely discrimination and I am confident someone will take them to task on this obvious bias policy. Now that they are up and running with the idea that their restaurant and wine bar is successful they no longer wish to accommodate. News Flash, anyone can be successful running a restaurant in Castle Rock considering the number of people moving-in. If you like to raise your glass everyday after work and pose as if you are well-off this is the place for you. Otherwise, don't waste your time !!
