For over 14 years, we now check in at South Point Casino. Partly up to 3 times a year. Never before have we been so disappointed with the room allocation as up to date. We asked for a room with po a roof. Of course not to forget at the end of the corridor so you have to put a long way back with the luggage. We understand that in the higher levels the rooms are renovated but that our request, and that after so many years as a regular guest to get a pool view has ignored is a joke. I will not check in again. It's done for me. Very disappointing !!!!!!
