Everything included....not quite!!! Purchased 4 tires from Sharonville store for my BMW, that I was told the store could install and align. When I picked up the car, I was told by the technician that there must be something wrong with the car, they could not do the alignment, it maxed out there machine and I would have to take it to the dealership. The vibration with the car was horrible when I left. Took it to BMW where I was told, there was no way an alignment was attempted, as well as the tires were NOT balanced..and the best part 2 of the tires were mounted inside out!!!! Quality work?? The answer, bring it back and we will fix it. Why wasn t it done right the first time??? Took the report to the manager along with pictures of the tires. He wished he could do something to make it right, but all he could do was tell me that the tech that worked on my car no longer works there and tires inside out aren t a safety concern! They don t care about customers or doing the job right! BEWARE before you are out more money than you would be taking it somewhere else!
