I called A#1 Air to replace my thermostat. A#1 sent a rep named "AB" and he got right down to business replacing my thermostat and checking my system for any other issues. He was friendly and professional and I was very impressed with the entire process. The rep on the phone stated a time window and A#1 called me a couple of times to update me on my status. The rep arrived right in the middle of that time window and it took him no time to get my A/C running again. I will definitely contact this company again!
**Please note, we could not find the technician AB's name on the A#1 site for ReviewBuzz reviews. I wrote this review for my mother, Linda Phillips. Her service date was 08/24/2018. She found out today by calling A#1 that his name is Abdiel Barrera. Thank you.
