I purchased the Lincoln in November and was told by the sales person that if there were any issues to bring it back in before the 3 months warranty ran out. We had already brought the car back twice and this last week was the 3rd time. They were going to charge us even though the issues were pre-existing and the dealerships's inspection showed that all was well which it was not. I have NEVER had such a bad experience purchasing a car. I told them that this is unacceptable and that they have not heard the last of me. Well, the manager called back and informed us that they will not service the car at all because I had raised my voice. I will not recommend their service to anyone.We were told that the $750 was coming out of our pocket and not that you would cover 2/3. Our sales person misled us and told us that everything was covered. I raised my voice but never screamed or threatened. This is the type of business you are running. I'm a professional but your team has been rude and unwelcoming.
