A few months ago I got charged $350 for a fuel filter for hesitation, that wasn't even the problem, I called and spoke to a woman and said my problem hasn't been fixed, she said she would have someone give me a call, no one never did, so I went back up there a few weeks ago to have the problem fixed and instead of them correcting their wrong they tried to get me to spend another $500 dollars and the shop manager told the customer svc rep if that isn't the problem we have to talk, on top of that I have a check engine light on to give specific code for the problems, and then they try to sell me a brand new car face to face and by mail, I'm like if you won't fix a hesitation problem I brought in for originally why would I give repeat service on buying another car.
no one showed me either that I needed a fuel filter to begin with. But wanna charge 500 more to play guessing games and my account was heavily noted.
