My local " Asda " in Spennymoor , Co Durham has the worst customer service I have ever experienced . I am no novice in dealing with Supermarkets , as I own a specialist consultancy that reduces waste products for the fmcg market throughout Europe . However the staff here must cost Asda thousands each day . Plus they are a " health hazard " waiting to happen with cross contamination only one of the issues ....the list goes on . It is appalling in every area .
