Visited new theater. Beautiful! Was in training as a volunteer, did not see a performance therefore cannot comment on acoustics. Complex houses three stages: 365 seats, 250 seats , and 110 (standing room). Yet peeking in small stage, three rows of chairs were set up. Appears enough to set up a few more 10-15 across. Definitely smaller than 365 and 250 stages.

Smallest stage is upstairs. There are bathrooms on second floor as well. Bar is located on first floor. Cafe soon should be open, located across enclosed patio.
