After having an unpleasant visit to this dealership, I was very reluctant to step in this place again
However the manager for Alta Group (Owner of this dealership) approached me and explained the situation to me. I was very pleased with the fact that he remembered us and gladly accepted his apology. I will update this review and rating once I purchase a vehicle from the dealership.
