Update 4/15/19 - The AC was repaired at no cost to me (the problem was the same as before, but all the lines had not been replaced). I had to wait a long time for a loaner car that was able to fit my family's needs. Once they had they car, it was quickly repaired. I still have had to make many trips across the metroplex to work on this, but it has been repaired.

UPDATE AS OF 3/14/19 - The AC does not work at all again. It's behavior makes me think that perhaps the freon was charged, but there is still a problem. I have called the number the dealership provided below and not been able to contact Laylon. I have emailed my salesperson and the sales manager without a response.

1/18/19Bought a used car here yesterday. It was extremely cold when I test drove the car and I was able to see that the heater worked well. I tried the AC and it seemed to be blowing cold, but it was hard to tell because of the weather. I asked the salesperson if it worked and if it worked well. I was told yes and that she had been in the car with several test drives and it was great. Today was much warmer. I drove the car and the AC doesn't work AT ALL. I have discovered that the a/c was turned on without the max a/c. This allowed the cold air to come in through the vent and so I felt cold air. However, if it isn't freezing outside, the car isn't cooling at all. If I hadn't asked, I would say that this is on me. After all, car selling is a don't ask/don't tell game, but since I did ask, I'm very frustrated that I was lied to.
If this issue hadn't happened, I would give the dealership five stars. They were courteous and helpful to find what I could afford. However, this will cost several thousand dollars and I did ask!

UPDATE 1/20/19: They are working on fixing it. They found a broken line and are ordering a part.
