I went to two Happy Hamster repair shops to attempt to get my computer fixed. They charged me $75 to look at it just to tell me that I needed to repair the hard drive at a price of $225. They said that they would call me once they had it diagnosed but they never did so I had to take the initiative to call them and go to the shop. I declined to pay the $225 to replace the hard drive. The following week my friend repaired my computer in under 45 minutes without replacing the hard drive. This is not an establishment I would recommend doing business with. I wasted an afternoon and $75. The computer geek/hipster reeked of bad odor. I recommend moving forward that they require ALL there employees to be honest, wear clean none wrinkled clothes, take a shower and brush there teeth. Establishments like is another reminder why Portland is bad for business and a second tier city at best. Way to keep Portland Weird and not thriving.
