I point out the behavior of the fair in my opinion not very correct; it is ten years that we visit the Salone del Mobile with the family business as operators and some behaviors are making us lose the desire to go there; this year we made a mistake in buying tickets online and there was no way to get a refund, although we immediately reported it 5 working days before the date of access (beware of anyone making an online purchase); on the telephone number 02 725941 nobody ever answers (30 minutes unanswered); when the correct tickets were bought back, there was no way to get the bill. Our mistake, but we hoped for more availability and attention.
