I would give them a zero if I could. Their customer service is very bad, every rep gives you different information. Once I called to ask to disconnect one of the sensors, one rep told me they have to send a technician ($100 charge), later a different rep says they can do it remotely with no charge.
Their charges do not make any sense, some months they have charged me twice. Disconnecting is also a whole story. Do yourself a favour and go with a different monitoring system.
