It started with a slow and unsure service but once we were on the 2nd of 7 courses the food and wine was amazing and a service to match it.

We had a vegitarian and no fish / sea food eater (5 in our party) and the chef was able to create wonderful dish to suit everyone.

The staff did extremely well under the circumstances and big well done to the Sommelier and his chose of champagne and wine. The Chef for the scallops and lamb.
