I guess there is a sunken cost fallacy associated to this place: if you have bought your membership and are paying the fees, you are going to think it's nice and good. Otherwise, it's really nothing out of the ordinary, it tends to be crowded and they have overdeveloped the space, the services (restaurants, cafeterias, etc) are mediocre. There's lots of parking spaces and it is well kept.
