I was working at Forever 21 and needed a nutritious and cheap lunch to get out of trouble because I was tired of fast and expensive food, but I couldn't find a suitable place inside the mall. So I suggest that you include or consider opening independent restaurants or coffee shops that may offer something closer to home cooking within the establishment or to the surrounding area.
I must also comment that in the U of Lima there are restaurants, however it is only that place, and for people who are at the other end of the Jockey it takes a long time to get there.
