Incompetent salespeople who have nothing to do with a customer who has 800 to pay at home.

A seller who leaves us after a call on his cell phone telling us he is coming back. 15minutes later we see him doing storage on the shelves and does not even come to see us when he sees us.
Sellers who redirect us to other sellers without notifying us our presence and then ignores us completely. To this is added the impossibility of having our product (pack fnac) in the hands, we must be satisfied with a picture of the product on the screen of the seller.

I will not even give money to sellers like these.
