horrible experience with this company the driver (Felix) was pulling a dolly up the wrong side of the ramp of my hotel (The Bristol) while I was driving my vehicle down the ramp, Felix scraped the side of my vehicle and offered no information on who I should talk to or what I should do about fixing my vehicle, he was very defensive about hitting my car and I really felt like he did not care much about scrapping my vehicle, Ive called up to the company directly and have not gotten a response yet as far as what to do about my vehicle, I am very upset about the way things were handled, if I could do 0 stars I would..horrible experience..
