I really enjoyed the She Births weekend course with Radha. I didn t have much knowledge about what to expect with my first birth and assumed that I would get an epidural from not being able to endure the pain of labour. After doing the SheBirths course I felt so confident, empowered and motivated to try for a drug free birth. I ended up having labouring at home until 8cm dilated and successfully had a natural birth. I look back on with such positive memories. Would highly recommend.
