Frequent Marriott flier, first time experience having a front desk receptionist (Gagandeep was her name) curtly inform me to purchase a bottle of water (as a platinum elite guest) when I requested a bottle since none were in the room. Thankfully, the gentleman beside her graciously offered. Otherwise, rooms are spacious and clean and my experience with other customer service members have been impeccable.
