We recently bought a Honda Certified Used Vehicle from Airdrie Honda s salesperson Nkafu after searching for some months in Calgary and surrounding areas dealerships both online and in person! Of all the sales we ve dealt with, Nkafu is the most pleasant and patient to work with and his professional and expert knowledge have been very much appreciated! When we are ready for our next car purchase, Nkafu will definitely get a call from us for our potential future businesses! Good job Nkafu!

Here is an extended version of the above summary review. I find other people s online reviews helpful so I pay it forward by providing some detailed reasons on why I ve given Nkafu and Airdrie Honda a 5 stars review.

I say our sales person Nkafu is both pleasant and patient to work with because he is always ready to help us but wasn t pushy and did not rush us into a purchase decision. I greatly dislike the Always Be Closing (ABC) mentality of selling as some sales people would almost turn semi-rude the second after they know they can t close the deal *yet*! #sad

When we asked Nkafu to email electronic copies of CarProof reports (for brand new listed vehicles) and full service history of vehicles, etc, he was always prompt and pleasant in providing information we asked for. Note that some other Honda dealers would simply refuse ( We don t provide that information via email! ) when we asked to see electronic copies of full service history of vehicles! Hmmm, what are they trying to hide?

Nkafu also let us take our time to carefully look over the many vehicles available in order to find one that we like best. During the finally car delivery process, Nkafu even personally came to our home to pick us up when the dealership s free shuttle service doesn t go to our area in Calgary.

Here are a few additional Airdrie Honda people that I wish to thank.

Thanks Shaddy (Sales Manager) for keeping the sales experience professional and smooth.

Brandon and Wayne (Finance) helped make the delivery process smooth. And they were helpful & not pushy in trying to sell extended warranties that we don t want.

Special thanks goes to Ziad (Service Manager) as we reviewed the car s full service history and asked to see two specific work orders to better understand what they were and why. Ziad explained the services done professionally to our full satisfaction. I consider Ziad & the service team to have played an important role in helping us to find and buy the right Honda!

And finally, a super big thank goes to Jason (General Manager) who went above and beyond what we expected to help us with the car on the day we took delivery! You see, as part of the detailing/cleaning process, we asked if Airdrie Honda could try to make two paint scratches/patches on the rear bumper less noticeable.

On the delivery day, we noticed the two patches were still there, simply thinking they might be too hard to paint away and were ready to accept as it is a used car and not a new car. Then Jason met us during the delivery and told us he too was not happy about the two patches. Jason soon offered to swap a nicer bumper from a car in his service fleet with our bumper if we have ~30 minutes! Of course we don t mind the minor wait! #SuperHappy We were pleasantly surprised by Jason s great service that went above & beyond what we expected! Big thanks Jason!

I told Jason, reputation is something that is earned one good customer service experience at a time! As General Manager, I hope Jason can and trust he will empower his sale, service, finance teams to do their best to help other customers like we ve been helped. In our social media age, good/bad reputations and online reviews are earned from both customers and potential customers who walk away.
