found the vehicle (which had been taken in on trade) on a website on Sunday, contacted the dealership and got immediate feedback and a call. Was referred to a sales associate (Sergio) who contacted me the next day (Monday). Asked him a number of questions. and went to view the car and test drive on Tuesday. Continued correspondence and purchased on Thursday evening. paperwork etc. took approximately 1 hour. Pleased with the service, correspondence, feedback when questions were asked, etc.
