Called in am emergency where my bathroom was flood...

Called in am emergency where my bathroom was flooded and the shut off valve wouldn't close. I explained this to them, but they said they couldn't send anyone until some time the next day. I guess I was supposed the ask the leak to stop until they could send someone. Later, while Roto Rooted was at my home fixing the leak, I saw a Gold Medal truck driving slowly past my house. They won't be my first choice next time.
