I don't ordinarily post negative reviews, as I generally find silver linings, but my experience with Morris & Garritano stands out as one that I can't simply ignore. They provided homeowner's insurance (through Safeco) for a home we purchased locally several years ago. With previous purchases (through other vendors), home insurance was an afterthought - the premium was paid automatically from an escrow account. We received notification, but no action was required. For whatever reason, Morris & Garritano couldn't make that happen, despite repeated attempts over multiple years. Instead, a pattern emerged: I would contact them yearly to confirm an escrow connection, and they would assure me all was in order. Months later, I would receive premium notices (long after deadlines had passed), informing me that my policy had lapsed due to non-payment! This continued for three consecutive years! At long last, I wised-up, went straight to Farmer's, verified an escrow connection, and received the same coverage for 40% less! Do yourself a favor and avoid this outfit, ..
