I'm standing here on a Sunday morning at 8:15, and waiting for someone to get here to open the doors. The hours listed on the door say that the gym is supposed to be open at 8. This is not the first time that I've had to wait on am employee to get here. In my opinion, that's disrespectful of your customers time. There were at least 5 others waiting to get in as well. When the employee finally showed up, he was unapologetic. In fact, he said pretty much didn't say anything. No "Good Morning," no "I'm sorry." Nothing at all. The gym is nice, clean, and we'll equipped. However, bad customer service tends to over shadow these qualities.
