I wasn't a guest here but I did go to both bars. The service is impeccable. I want to be a guest here! It's beautiful. I had a massage at the spa as well, best massage of my life. Don't miss it. They'll let you chill in the spa, showers, sauna. It's amazing. Skyline bar has an amazing view of Venice. Cocktails are great, food is delicious. You'll feel royal
