They are sending out solicitors (in a posted no soliciting community) during a pandemic knocking on each door to try and sell their services. After telling him through the closed door to leave, that it's a no soliciting community and it's irresponsible to go door-to-door soliciting during a pandemic, he removed his mask and told me they were "essential workers" so they didn't have to follow any of it. We didn't know of this company before today but we have taken note to NEVER use them in the future. Also, the company isn't picking up calls, simply an endless wait on hold music for customer service. They need to call their personnel (off the Segways and) back in. They are abusing the "essential" qualification to push irresponsible advertising. Absolutely unacceptable.
