Update: They earned another star from me. Don't bother attempting to call them. You'll likely go mad.....

Step one: Go to their website

Step two: Hit Chat

Step three: type in Callback please

Step 4: hit the little "Request Callback" button.

Step 5: new window opens and put your phone number in.

They called me back in less than 5 minutes. The lady was professional, super helpful, empathetic with my frustrations, answered my questions and got things going. Bill got held up due to some internal jive.....

If I get my bill at the end of the month they'll get another star from me. I hope this helps someone out here!

Original RANT/ review:

Incredible...... I've yet to experience such incompetent service. I set up my account 2 months ago, and that seemed to go smoothly. Switch account from the previous tenant to myself.

I've yet to receive a bill so I decided to log online to see what's up. Apparently I'm not a customer. None of my info shows I have an account and I have no idea who is paying to keep the lights on. I've called twice an opted for them to call me back, they haven't. That was two days ago. I also emailed them. The emailed me back saying here's your ticket in the line, I haven't heard back. And this morning I've been on hold for an hour and a half so far.

I'm not sure I've ever encountered a business that tries this hard to not separate me from my cash. Seriously. I'm not one to leave public complaints, but I sincerely hope the bad reviews light a fire under someone there to improve their business.

"Stop, Go and Let us Know"...... I've just heard that on my phone for the 300th time. Seriously guys, at least some Bossa Nova or some classical music. I'm trying to pay YOU after all!
